Open Positions

We are looking for candidates who are passionate about children and education to join our Dreamers & Achievers teaching team! These positions are fast-paced and require constant movement, an upbeat attitude and a happy and exciting demeanor. You must have a love for children ages 6 weeks to 12 years old and be eager to actively engage with them throughout the day.

Job Types

Salary:

  • Up to $15.00 per hour

Work Location: We have centers in Pitcairn, Wilmerding and Monroeville, Pennsylvania.

All Candidates must:

  • Be at least 18 years of age
  • Meet educational requirements as specified for the position
  • Have at least 2 years of documented experience working with children, or more if specified in the educational requirements listed below
  • Acquire all required clearances for full consideration

Candidates for Teachers’ Aide must meet one the following educational requirements:

  • A high school diploma or GED certificate
  • A minimum of an 8th grade education and enrollment in an approved training curriculum
  • A minimum of an 8th grade education and 2 years of documented experience with children

Candidates for Assistant Group Supervisor meet one the following educational requirements:

  • A high school diploma or GED certificate, and 30 credit hours from an accredited college or university in early childhood education, child development, special education, elementary education of the human services field
  • A high school diploma or GED certificate, including 600 or more hours of approved secondary training
  • A high school diploma or GED certificate and 15 credit hours from an accredited college or university in early childhood education, child development, special education, elementary education of the human services field
  • A high school diploma or GED certificate and completion of approved post-secondary training curriculum
  • A high school diploma or GED certificate and 2 years of documented experience working with children

Candidates for Group Supervisor must meet one the following educational requirements:

  • A bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university in early childhood education, child development, special education, elementary education of the human services field
  • A bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university, including 30 credit hours in early childhood education, child development, special education, elementary education of the human services field
  • An associate’s degree from an accredited college or university in early childhood education, child development, special education, elementary education of the human services field
  • An associate’s degree from an accredited college or university, including 30 credit hours in early childhood education, child development, special education, elementary education of the human services field and 3 years of documented experience working with children

Candidates for Site Director must meet one the following educational requirements:

  • A bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university in early childhood education, child development, special education, elementary education of the human services field
  • A bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university, including 30 credit hours in early childhood education, child development, special education, elementary education of the human services field
  • An associate’s degree from an accredited college or university in early childhood education, child development, special education, elementary education of the human services field and 3 years of documented experience working with children
  • An associate’s degree from an accredited college or university, including 30 credit hours in early childhood education, child development, special education, elementary education of the human services field and 4 years of documented experience working with children
